The main products include DDR ICs, semiconductor memory modules DRAM modules (DDR3, DDR4, DDR5), and semiconductor solid-state drives (SSDs). The company has a production and R&D headquarters in Shenzhen, a Shenzhen branch, a Hong Kong branch, and a U.S. office. The company has introduced advanced domestic and international production equipment for bumping, surface-mounting, testing, and more, continuously striving to improve its technical capabilities to ensure the stable and efficient provision of high-quality products to customers.
